Our 22nd Rock-A-Bye Ball – An Evening in Tuscany is on the horizon! Gather with good company under the setting Tuscan sun to help support the children and families we serve.

There is something special about gathering around a table, the warmth of shared stories, familiar faces, and the feeling of being home. At Blessing House, we work to create that same sense of belonging for children in our care, keeping siblings together and helping families in crisis. Creating a safe environment for children helps them dream big and enjoy their childhood without the weight of worries that shouldn’t be theirs to bear.  Help support our mission to serve as that safety net for children – all while enjoying a fabulous evening of food, fun, friends, and more.

📍 Location: Tom’s Country Place, Avon, Ohio

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year – and your presence makes a real difference. There will be a silent auction, several raffles, a lovely seated meal, and plenty of time to hit the dance floor. Stay tuned as more details are coming soon!

Activities

• Attend regular committee meetings

• Choose and carry out a theme for the event

• Identify and solicit individuals and businesses for sponsorship and/or auction items

• Promote the event and spread the word

• Assist with tabling and selling tickets

• Assist with set up the day before the event

• Has imagination and great planning and organization skills

• Is an effective communicator

• Has an eye for detail

• Has teamwork skills

• Is willing to reach out to their contacts or other businesses and individuals to solicit sponsorships and donations
